With this release we are launching a new BETA feature that changes the patient profile Appointments view to make it much easier to view past and future patient appointments, including future recurring appointments. Please reach out to support@lobbie.com to be added to the BETA group.
We are also expanding the BETA for the following two features:
Bugfixes
- Forms showing incomplete when no intake forms are present. This occurred when form group is edited or when forms contain clinical note forms but no intake forms.
- Corrected an issue where form attributes were not correctly associating to forms so form data was not populating to demographics in some instances.
- Corrected issue where "send scheduling link" for action items was not sending a link
- Corrected issue where some accounts were no longer able to access labs
- Fixed patient import via csv feature creating duplicate patient entries
- In certain scenarios the form link sent to users would direct them to a login page; this occurred when no form group was set for the appointment.
Appointment Dashboard
- Add filtering on the appointment dashboard
- Show recurring appointments on the appointment dashboard (identified via a
icon)
Infrastructure
- Updated infrastructure to support versatility in the data export configuration
- Corrected issue with extra commas in data export
KPI Dashboard
- While logged in, remember which tab the user was viewing under the KPI dashboard
Patient Profile
- Added the ability to sort Patient Notes (i.e. Tags) via drag and drop on the interface.
- Address in patient profile header now includes the "Address 2" field immediately after "Address 1"
Enhanced Branding
Note: This feature is still being developed and we are not actively opening BETA yet.
- Adding support for custom colors and a selection of fonts
- Adding support for new tab to manage logo and email settings
CSV Export
Note: This feature is still being developed and is in BETA.
- Improvements to the patient export feature to correct column indices
- Continued work on UTM export in the Campaign KPI View
- Filter in the history view should only show users who have exported data
Partner API
Note: This feature is still being developed.
- Lab and Lab Test api endpoints deployed for testing.
- Appointments endpoints for creating and updating.
- Ability for support to create integration partner records
