Bug Fixes
- Corrected an issue where Labcorp results were not populating back into Lobbie.
- Fixed an issue where removing forms from an appointment would silently fail and the forms remained attached.
Payments & Billing V2
This feature will enter BETA soon; it is not currently released.
- The patient invoice payment page now clearly discloses any applicable surcharge before payment is made.
- Corrected the retry payment screen so the total shown now includes the surcharge that is actually charged.
- Added a "Charged" column to the Payment Attempts and Ledger tables, making it clear when an amount charged includes a surcharge versus the original invoice amount.
- Fixed automatic payment retries that could create additional, duplicate invoices.
- Corrected a recurring billing issue that could roll back a payment after it had already been marked as paid.
- Fixed cases where a subscription invoice was not being created.
- Corrected invoices generated from a subscription that were missing the associated appointment and practitioner details.
- Prevented a rare timing issue that could over-collect on a manually entered payment.
- Fixed an "Appointment not found" error when billing a recurring appointment that had not yet occurred.
- Restored patient search in the new billing experience to match previous behavior.
- Corrected the Confirm Order modal so it no longer shows a credit card as the payment method when sending an invoice to the patient.
- Fixed an issue where deleting a payment method could fail.
- Updated the Confirm Refund modal to match the intended design.
- Fixed the "Download Invoice" link in the Patient Self Payment email.
- Added a patient billing header for easier reference while working in billing.
- Cash payments are now sent through to MX Merchant.
Enhanced Branding
- Fixed an issue where clicking the "Use Custom Logo" text in the logo override modal toggled the default logo instead of applying the custom logo.
Partner API
- Fixed a pagination error on the payment-attempt "by location" endpoint and expanded the MX Merchant / QuickPay documentation.
Infrastructure & Security
- Strengthened API authorization with a fail-closed gateway authorizer for v3 API access.
- Applied security patches to the system.
