We are excited to introduce the new Weekly View for the Scheduler! This highly requested feature gives you two new ways to view your schedule: a 7-day view (Sunday through Saturday) and a 5-day view (business days Monday through Friday). Bug Fixes
- Corrected an issue where appointments on the Scheduler were overlapping and bleeding into one another, making them difficult to read — particularly on future dates.
- Resolved a critical issue where patients were unable to use the Self-Scheduling link, which displayed a "No location is found" error for some accounts.
- Fixed a bug affecting Legacy Pro accounts where scheduling appointments was unavailable, only 15-minute time blocks were shown, and appointments appeared duplicated on the calendar.
- Corrected an issue where appointments set at non-standard minute intervals (e.g., 12:55 PM) were hidden behind other appointments on the calendar view.
- Fixed a bug where staff completing forms on behalf of a patient incorrectly triggered "patient completed forms" email notifications to all staff at the location.
- Corrected the Patient Census (CRM) table to filter by transition date rather than created date, and fixed an issue where filters were not retained when navigating away from and returning to the page.
- Fixed the CSV Export log filter so that the "Created By" and "Status" search fields are now typeable and functional.
Scheduler
- Added a new Weekly View to the Scheduler with both 7-day (Sun–Sat) and 5-day (Mon–Fri) options, accessible from the updated view selector in the top navigation bar. Contact support@lobbie.com to enable this feature.
- Appointment duration can now be configured in 5-minute increments (e.g., 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes) in both the Appointment Type settings and the Appointment Drawer — previously limited to 15-minute steps.
Patient Profile
- Added Race and Ethnicity fields to patient demographics to support more complete patient records and lab integrations.
Enhanced Branding
Note: This feature is still being developed and is not broadly available yet.
- Custom branding configuration (colors, fonts, and logo) is now applied to the patient Self-Scheduling experience.
- Updated backend systems to use Enhanced Branding settings across all relevant areas of the product when the feature is enabled.
CSV Export
Note: This feature is still in BETA.
- Fixed the export log filter so that the "Created By" and "Status" fields now accept text input correctly.
Partner API
Note: This feature is still in active development.
- Configured API Gateway rate limiting and quotas to protect the Partner API and ensure fair usage across integration partners.
- Applied additional throttling to the token generation endpoint to prevent abuse and encourage proper token caching by API clients.
- Introduced support for the JSON Merge Patch standard on the secure V2 API, enabling partners to make precise partial updates without unintentionally clearing fields.
Infrastructure & Reliability
- Overhauled the notification job to prevent duplicate notifications from being queued during periods of high load, improving delivery reliability.
- Improved error monitoring by implementing user tracking in Sentry and New Relic, making it faster to identify and resolve issues affecting specific accounts.
