This release includes bug fixes across labs, forms, and billing, plus new features for Canadian providers, CRM/Patient Census general availability, and continued improvements to the Enhanced Branding settings.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a critical issue where viewing a lab (In-House, Other, or ordered) from either the patient's Appointments tab or Labs tab caused the page to crash.
- Fixed an issue where Lobbie Attributes on clinical notes were not carrying over data to new appointments — for example, Allergies and Medications fields would be blank when a new appointment used the same clinical note template as a previous one.
- Fixed an issue where subscriptions with previously failed (overdue) payments would incorrectly show as "Active" after a patient was disconnected from MX Merchant and then reconnected.
Appointments
- Future recurring appointments (placeholder blocks used for scheduling purposes) are now visible to all accounts by default — no longer gated behind a feature flag.
CRM / Patient Census
- CRM / Patient Census is now enabled by default for all Enterprise accounts and no longer requires a feature flag to be turned on. Contact support@lobbie.com if you have any questions about accessing this feature.
Enhanced Branding
Note: This feature is still in development and not yet broadly available. Contact support@lobbie.com to learn more.
- The option to set a custom "From" email address has been removed from Identity Settings. All emails sent from Lobbie will now come from noreply@lobbie.com, ensuring reliable delivery.
Canadian Provider Identifiers
- Practitioners can now configure provider identifier numbers for use on invoices and lab printouts — for example, billing numbers or registration IDs required by Canadian healthcare providers. Invoice and Lab Header identifiers can each be set with a custom type and value in the Practitioner settings, and will appear on the corresponding printed documents.
