This release includes significant improvements to scheduling link reliability, patient management, CSV exports, and the Controlled Substance Log, along with continued Partner API expansion.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed multiple issues with self-scheduling ("Send Scheduling Link") links generated from the Actions page and automatic SMS/email flows. Links now correctly match the schedule the original appointment was booked from, are isolated per patient, and validate that both the appointment type and practitioner are supported before sending. If no valid schedule can be found, patients now receive a "Please contact {practice} to schedule a new appointment" message instead of a broken link.
- Fixed an issue where a patient linked to MX Merchant could not be disconnected from the Billing Integrations tab if their record was no longer found in MX Merchant.
Patient Profile
- The Patients page now has Active and Archive tabs, making it easy to view and manage deactivated patients separately from active ones. Archived patients can be reactivated directly from the Archive tab via the row action menu.
Controlled Substance Log (CSL)
- NDC/medication records that have existing signed or reconciled log entries are now locked from editing, protecting the integrity of your compliance records. Locked NDCs display all existing data in read-only mode with a clear explanation. Editing is only permitted for NDCs with no signed or reconciled logs against them.
CSV Export

- Added CSV export for the Forms Dashboard, allowing you to export form question responses across patients to a spreadsheet. The export respects your current table filters (patient name, practitioner, status, due date, and active/archived state) and generates per-version files for each form template selected.
Partner API
Note: The Partner API is still in active development.
- Added Patient endpoints, allowing partners to retrieve and manage patient records via the API.
