This release includes bug fixes and improvements across the scheduler, Controlled Substance Log, appointments, and patient management, along with continued Partner API expansion.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue in the V2 Scheduler where appointment blocks appeared at the wrong time on the grid when a staff member's browser timezone differed from the location's timezone (e.g., a Mountain timezone user viewing a Pacific location would see appointments shifted by one hour).
- Fixed an issue where lab component selections in Prime Labs were not being submitted — users could select components in the UI but they were not sent to the lab order.
- Fixed a performance issue where loading NDC/medication lists in the Controlled Substance Log was extremely slow, making it difficult to add inventory, log entries, or filter by NDC.
Appointments
- Appointment dropdowns (such as when attaching an appointment in CSL or Labs) now sort newest first, so the most recent and upcoming appointments appear at the top. Previously, appointments were sorted oldest first, requiring staff to scroll through a full history to find recent visits.
KPI Dashboard
- Added contextual help information throughout the KPI Dashboard to explain how key metrics are calculated.
Patient Profile
- Staff can now archive patient tags (notes) in addition to deleting them, preserving historical tag data while keeping the active tag list clean.
Partner API
Note: The Partner API is still in active development.
- Added Notification and Notification Group endpoints, allowing partners to read notification delivery status and notification group configuration for appointments and form groups.
