This guide outlines the process for setting up a ScriptSure account and gaining access to Lobbie prescription services.
Important Notes
- First step is emailing Lobbie support to request access. When requesting access, be sure to specify whether you or your staff are a Prescribing Provider or a Supporting User.
- Prescribing Providers: If you already have an existing ID.me account, do not create a new one using your Gameday email. Creating a duplicate account may delay the setup process.
- After completing your ScriptSure account setup, you must contact Lobbie Support to notify them that your account is complete.
1. Request a ScriptSure Account
Email Lobbie Support with the following details:
- Staff member’s name
- Staff member’s email address
- Specify role:
- Prescribing Provider
- Supporting User
Once submitted, Lobbie will send the appropriate ScriptSure email invitation.
For Supporting Users
- The invite will come from DAW Systems (check your spam folder).
- Accept the invitation.
- After completing the setup, notify Lobbie Support.
Lobbie will then: add our ScriptSure ID to Lobbie Prescriptions which will grant access.
For Prescribing Providers
- The invite will come from DAW Systems (check your spam folder).
- Accept the invitation.
- Follow the setup steps provided by ScriptSure, including ID proofing.
⚠️ Important – ID.me Step
- When prompted to log into ID.me:
- If you already have an ID.me account, log in to your existing account
- Do NOT create a new account using your Gameday email
- If you create a new ID.me account it will cause significant delays with set up
Final Step for Prescribing Providers
After completing ID proofing and setup:
- Email Lobbie Support
Lobbie will then: Approve your EPCS access and add your Provider ID Number to Lobbie
