This feature is currently available to Lobbie EMR customers in the United States.
Important: Data migration is provided as a convenience only. Not all data types may be transferred, and we do not represent that migrated data will be complete or suitable for legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes. Customers must verify accuracy and completeness of their imported data immediately after migration and before go-live. Issues must be reported within 3 business days. We cannot recover or correct problems reported later.
We migrate the following data from DrChrono to Lobbie EMR:
- Active patients
- Active patient tags (flags in DrChrono)
- Patient document uploads
- Finalized patient clinical notes
- Patient Lab PDFs, if present as PDF documents
- Appointments that are actualized - future recurring appointments will not transfer over and should be rebuilt in Lobbie
Recurring Appointment from DrChrono
At this time, Lobbie does not receive future recurring appointment configurations from DrChrono during migration. Only actualized (i.e., scheduled and saved) appointments are imported.
In DrChrono, many recurring appointments are not stored as individual future appointments, but rather as a recurrence configuration that determines when future visits should occur. This recurrence logic is not accessible for migration and is therefore not imported into Lobbie.
What This Means
After your migration from DrChrono:
- Only existing, individual appointments are transferred to Lobbie.
- Recurring appointment rules or templates are not migrated.
As a result, any recurring appointments that need to continue must be manually reconfigured in Lobbie after migration.
How to Recreate Recurring Appointments in Lobbie
- Open the Scheduler.
- Click on the relevant appointment.
- Select “Make Recurring” to set the recurrence pattern for future appointments.
Repeat this process for each patient or appointment type that requires a recurring schedule.
