Overview
The SocialNPS Results Page displays every patient who has replied to a SocialNPS survey.
It shows daily and monthly scores, feedback, and comments from patients.
Viewing Responses
The NPS column shows the aggregate NPS score for each day and month. You can open a specific date to see which patients replied that day.
For example:
On March 15, there are responses from Olivia and Charlotte. Charlotte gave a score of 8. A score of 9 or 10 is considered a Promoter. Because Charlotte gave an 8, the system asked her for feedback instead of a review.
Viewing Feedback
When a patient provides feedback, a small comment icon appears next to their name. Clicking the icon shows the comments they entered.
Example feedback questions:
“What, if anything, didn’t meet your expectations?” “How can we improve?”
Charlotte’s example feedback:
“It was difficult to find parking.”
“Maybe more parking spaces.”
How It Works
Every time a patient replies to an NPS survey, their response appears automatically in the Results page with their score, feedback, and date.
