Accessing SocialNPS
Once SocialNPS is activated on your account, you can access it from the main menu by clicking the Social NPS icon.
You’ll start on the Send Table, which lists all patients in your account.
How to Send a Manual NPS Survey
Open the Send Table. Locate the patient you want to send a survey to (for example, Scotty). Click Send NPS next to their name. The patient will move to the Queue List.
Understanding the Queue List
The Queue List shows all patients who have either:
- Already received an NPS survey, or
- Are scheduled to receive one soon.
Patients remain in the Queue List until they either respond to the survey or the survey request times out.
