Overview
You can automate the sending of NPS surveys so patients receive them automatically after completing their forms.
Enable Automation
Go to Settings in your Lobbie account. Scroll down to the Automation section. The automation setting is turned off by default. To enable, toggle automation on, then click Save Settings.
How Automation Works
When automation is active, Lobbie automatically sends an NPS survey to a patient based on their form due date. For example: If a patient’s forms are due on March 18, and your automation delay is set to 1 day, the NPS survey will be sent automatically on March 19. You can turn automation off or on at any time.
Automation Per Location
Every setting on the SocialNPS Settings page is specific to each location. To enable automation for multiple locations, open the settings page for each location individually and save the automation setting separately.
