Bugfixes
- Mark Dr Chrono imported charts as “externally imported” and final
- Editing time on recurring series should update actualized appointments if “This and future” or “All appointments” is used. This only impacts times and not dates.
- For form pdf printouts, multiselect dropdown fields were displaying numbers (answer ids) instead of actual answers selected
- Begin signing action was showing for certain completed Controlled Substance logs. Cosmetic fix.
- CSL Balance calculations should use the time of entry as opposed to the current balance of the container.
- Fix the ability to change date of a single appointment that is part of a recurring series

Controlled Substance Logging
- Change where cancelled logs (containers, usage, and inventory) display in different areas of CSL to better align to customer workflows.
Go High Level Integration
- Only transition to the “appointment booked” stage if the appointment type is “initial visit”.
- Also added further rules restricting transitioning from certain stages. Note these are automated transitions initiated from Lobbie. This does not change workflow rules built in GHL directly:
- Unknown stage - Can move to any stage
- Opportunity Created stage - Can move to any stage
- Appointment Created stage - Can move to any stage except back to Opportunity Created
- No Show stage - Can move to any stage except back to Opportunity Created
- Appointment Cancelled stage - Can move to any stage except back to Opportunity Created
- Thinker stage - Can only move to Subscribed or Cancelled Service stage
- Subscribed Service stage - Can only move to Cancelled Service stage
- Cancelled Service stage - Can only move to Subscribed Service stage
Labs
- Improved appointment search/selection for lab entry drawer
Patients/Charts
- For Canada, demographics will now contain field for health card information
- Added overlay to give better indication when a chart action is run against a chart that can be finalized/unlocked.
