Option 1: Re-Assign all forms to a different practitioner
If you want to be able to easily filter the forms on the Forms table, using the "Practitioners" filter in the top row:
- Do not yet deactivate the practitioner. Go to the main Forms page and filter the table to only show Forms for the practitioner that you want to deactivate.
- For each form, click on the Action button and then "Assign practitioners". Remove the practitioner you are about to deactivate from the field and assign the forms to another practitioner who is still active. You will then be able to see all these forms under the new practitioner
Option 2: View forms without re-assigning them
When you deactivate a practitioner, forms will still be visible to all admins in Lobbie. You will be able to view the patient forms by going to the main Forms table and setting the top "Practitioners" filter dropdown to "All practitioners". The drawback is, that you will need to know what the name of the patient is whose forms you are trying to view. Because once a practitioner has been inactivated, they will no longer show up in the "Practitioners" filter.
