Due Date for Intake Forms
The Due Date is a system-wide setting that applies to all Intake Forms on all accounts on Lobbie, so we will not be able to remove it. The Due Date is added for tracking and added security reasons:
- Tracking: Many practices set the due date as the day of the appointment or the day prior, to track and sort intake forms across time
- Security: Forms will be expired when viewing patient-side after the due date passes, meaning that if the forms are incomplete, patients will no longer be able to view the forms or add responses to it. Staff will always have visibility and edit access into the forms and they will also be able to change the due date whenever needed. This is implemented for security reasons.
When assigning forms as part of an appointment, the due date is set as the same day as the appointment. The Due Date for Intake Forms can be edited from the main Forms dashboard.
