This feature is available for Lobbie EMR customers in the United States.
Overview
Lobbie now supports integration with Brio Clinical Laboratories. Contact Brio Clinical to set up an account with them, if you have not already established an account. Once established, the integration can be configured.
Brio Configuration
Requirements
A valid Brio sitecode ID is required for each location This value is issued by Brio, and we can not configure the integration without the id.
⚠️ Clinics must contact Brio first — Lobbie cannot issue Brio IDs.
Settings
Generally, configuration will be handled by Lobbie support, but you can view and confirm the configuration within Lobbie Settings, if desired. We recommend not making any changes to the lab vendor configuration without first contacting Lobbie support.
- Go to Lobbie Settings → Labs → Vendors
- For the Brio entry, select View/Edit
- If you have a single location on your account, the External ID will be configured with the Brio sitecode ID
- If you have multiple locations on your account, each Location will have a Location Config
- For each location, the External ID will be configured with the location specific Brio sitecode
Panel Configuration
Brio lab tests and panels are managed by Brio, and these are only editable by Lobbie support. Brio Clinical provides Lobbie the test compendium data and we will upload it directly into your account. If you feel there are some test configurations that need updating, please contact supprt@lobbie.com.
