Signing in and getting around
How to sign in
You sign in with your email address and a one-time code — there is no password to remember.
- Open your clinic’s portal link in a web browser. (Your clinic provides this address; it also appears in any portal email they send you.)
- Enter your email address on the sign-in screen and continue.
- Check your inbox for a one-time code from the portal and enter it.
- You’ll land on your portal Home page, which greets you with “Welcome, [your name].”
Signing in from an invite link
If your clinic emailed you an invitation, tap the link inside it to start the sign-in steps above. Invite links are time-limited and single-use. If you see “This invite link isn’t valid,” ask your clinic’s front desk to re-send it.
Switching between locations or family members
If you visit more than one location — or manage records for family members — use the location selector (in the left sidebar on a computer, or top-right on a phone).
- Select the location selector to open the list.
- Choose the location you want. When a location belongs to a family member’s record, that person’s name appears under the location name.
- The portal switches to that location and record; your appointments, forms, labs, messages, and bills update to match.
If you have many locations, a Search locations box helps you find the right one. The first time you sign in with multiple locations, you’ll be asked to “Select your location” — you can change this later.
Getting around
- On a computer: use the left sidebar — Home, Messaging, Appointments, My forms, Labs, Billing.
- On a phone: use the bottom bar — Home, Messaging, Booking, Labs, More. Tap More for My forms and Billing.
A number badge on Messaging shows unread messages. Some sections (My forms and Billing) appear only if your clinic has turned them on.
Signing out
- On a computer: select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Log out.
- On a phone: open More and select Log out.
For your privacy, the portal also signs you out automatically after about 30 minutes of inactivity — helpful on a shared device. Just sign in again to continue.
Viewing your appointments
The Appointments section shows upcoming visits and past history. You can confirm a visit, join a telehealth call, and reach your care team about changes.
Opening and reading your appointments
- Select Appointments.
- Switch between the Upcoming and History tabs. Your next visit also appears on Home.
Each card shows the visit type, date, time, and provider. Labels you may see: Telehealth (a video visit), Live now (in progress), a repeat frequency like Weekly for recurring visits, and Canceled or No-show in History. Times are shown in your clinic’s time zone.
Confirming, joining, and requesting changes
- Confirm a visit: select Confirm appointment; the card then shows Appointment confirmed.
- Join a video visit: select Join call on a telehealth appointment — it opens in a new tab. Join a few minutes early.
- See details/instructions: open an appointment to view Appointment Instructions; for recurring visits, select View series.
- Request a change: open the appointment and select Message care team, then send your request.
If you see “We couldn’t load your appointments,” check your connection and select Try again.
Completing your forms
The My forms section is where you complete assigned paperwork, revisit finished forms, and download PDFs. It appears only if your clinic has turned on forms (on a phone, find it under More).
Finding and filling out forms
- Select My forms and use the tabs: To complete, Past due, and Completed.
- On To complete, select a form. Each card shows its name and when it’s due (e.g. Due Aug 1).
- Answer the questions — you may type answers, choose options, upload a file, or pay by card if a payment is included. Your answers save automatically, so you can stop and return later.
- When finished, select Submit. The form moves to the Completed tab.
Past-due and completed forms
- Past due forms can no longer be filled out. If you still need one, ask your clinic to reassign it.
- Completed forms open read-only. Select Download PDF to save or print a copy.
Viewing your lab results
The Labs section shows your results as soon as your care team receives them.
Reading your results
- Select Labs. Results are listed newest first, labeled by result date (e.g. Mar 10, 2026).
- Each card previews measurements (e.g. Testosterone: 691 ng/dL) with a colored dot: green = within normal range, red = out of range.
- Select a result to see each measurement’s value and, when available, its Reference Range.
Downloading the full report
Open a result and select Download PDF (or Open the full report) to view the complete report in a new tab. If a result isn’t ready yet, you’ll see a note that your care team will have it as soon as the lab finalizes it. If a report won’t open, message your care team for a copy.
Messaging your care team
The Messaging section is a secure way to reach your care team and send attachments.
Starting and sending a message
- Select Messaging, then New message. (Use the Open and Resolved tabs to browse conversations.)
- Choose a topic, type your message, and select Send message.
Attaching files or photos
- Select Attach files (the paperclip) and choose your files — they upload right away.
- Wait for uploads to finish, then select Send message.
You can attach up to 5 files per message, each up to 25 MB (JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC, PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLSX, CSV). If a file can’t be sent, a note explains why.
Following a conversation
- Your messages appear on the right; your care team’s replies on the left.
- After sending, you’ll see “Your message has been delivered to your care team” until they reply.
- A “Your care team is typing…” indicator appears when they’re replying, and new replies show up automatically.
- When a conversation is closed, start a fresh one with New message.
If a message won’t send, your typed text stays in the box so you can try again without retyping.
Viewing and paying your bills
The Billing section is where you view invoices, save a card, and pay online. It appears only if your clinic has turned on online billing (on a phone, find it under More).
Viewing invoices
Select Billing. Each invoice shows its number, due date, type (Subscription or One-Time), amount, and a status: Open, Paid, or Uncollectible. An open, past-due invoice is flagged as overdue. Use the invoice download button to open a PDF copy.
Paying an invoice
- Find an invoice that needs payment and select Pay.
- Review the Total due, the estimated processing fee (3.5%), and the estimated total.
- Choose a saved card, or select Add a new card and enter your card and billing details.
- Select Pay now. While it processes, don’t close the window.
- You’ll see “Payment successful” with a receipt. Select View invoice or Done; the status updates to Paid.
If your card is declined, you’ll see “Your card was declined” and can try another card. If you see “We couldn’t confirm your payment,” your card may not have been charged — check your Billing page again in a few minutes before retrying, and note the reference code shown.
