Pharmacy Access via ScriptSure
Lobbie EMR uses ScriptSure, which integrates with the SureScripts network to manage pharmacy communication. ScriptSure is only available for Lobbie EMR customers in the United States.
For questions about prescribing via ScriptSure, a specific pharmacy’s availability, or workflow, we recommend contacting:
- ScriptSure support for technical or network-related issues https://scriptsure.freshdesk.com/support/home
- The pharmacy directly for questions about their internal processes or fulfillment
Staff Member Access
If you need access to prescribing, please send an email to support@lobbie.com, detailing the following for the user who needs Provider access:
- Full name
- Email address used on your Lobbie staff member account
Prescribing users must complete identity verification through id.me. Please review this article for more details on the verification process. Notify Lobbie once verification is complete so it can be activated in the system.

Medication Status and Shipping
To verify the status of a prescription:
- Go to the patient’s profile in Lobbie
- Click the Prescriptions tab
- Look for the status icon next to the prescription:
- Green check mark – The pharmacy has received the prescription
- Red warning icon – The pharmacy has not received the prescription
Note: These are the only status indicators currently available. They confirm delivery to the pharmacy but do not confirm whether the patient has received the medication.
